The personal/employee data can be maintained in a clearly organised list – also directly in WordPress. If you already use our Easy vCard plugin, you can work with the existing employee list, so you don’t have to maintain everything twice.
You can simply download the finished email footers for everyone as a file or copy them from the backend as HTML and send them.
Easy E-Mail Footer is easy to use and complies with data protection regulations. All data is stored in your WordPress database. You can also test the plugin free of charge for 30 days in advance.
